BAMBOO BLADE is a Japanese manga written by Yoshihiro Tsuchizuka and drawn by Aguri Igarashi. It is based on kendo. It was serialized in Square Enix's manga magazine Young Gun Gun from its first issue (released on December 3, 2004) until its 18th issue (released on September 3, 2010). It is also known as "Bambu" and "Bambure". The four-part series was completed with "BAMBOO BLADE C" and "BB Deformed", which were also serialized in the first issue of Square Enix's manga magazine "Monthly Big Gangan" (released on August 25, 2016).
